I'm busy adding links to this conference to my e-mails, trying to slip mention of it into any vaguely related conversation, booking my train tickets to go myself.

However I do realise that conferences like this are very expensive. Many of my dear friends who would love to go don't have the necessary money, or the time out of their caring roles be those at home with their own children or as professionals. However if just a few people from each area went, learned, discussed and contributed, the knowledge on offer could really improve things on the ground for many people.

So please tell Sid, especially if he or she has access to e-mail lists for students, clinicians or researchers, or has the key to the training budget or knows someone who does.
